• DAY 2 — PULL | BACK • BICEPS • REAR DELTS
• 0400 Up and going, Mr Ash wasn't ready this morning, he was crashed out. I woke him up and let him out and insisted of heading to the fridge he jumped into my side of the bed and snuggled up with Mrs. Creeper. I can't argue with that decision. Or he knows something I don't. But he is being a good boy so I kissed my wife and kissed Ash's red nose.

Feeling a bit off doing our perimeter sweep with out my side kick, water chickens, plants, yard, 8 buttnuggets this morning. set out Ash's avocado blanket out of habit.... headed to the dungeon I start with some stretching first. As everything feels tight. Did yoga for 30 minutes before getting on the treadmill for 25 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on some older rap to get some bounce in my set.
* 193.1 This morning
• WORK SETS —
• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
95 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Today I went for mid back. Got a really nice pump really quickly. We stay even with the book.
• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
90 on the stack, 40 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 20 reps. Taking the time here is key. Keep the plan.
Unilateral rounds push for 20 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 20 reps for 2 sets. Did 2 more sets, feeling okay. Went for 2 more sets, at 20 reps. I feel we will be back to normal next go,
• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 14
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working hard. Definitely pumping up like a balloon.
• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 25, 24, 23. We stay even. And my back is on fire!
• Standing Cable Dumbbell Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. My arms are pumping up nicely.
• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's.
• Extra sets, spider curl,
90 seconds between sets
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 3 sets hit 10 on this, for all 3. This is the finisher.
• Pull up's, I did 5, 90 second reset . Then got 5 more. Had my 25 lbs on a belt. My back is hot this morning. Hope I didn't over do it.

• OVERALL NOTES
Going to be a spicy day and on the move first thing, load up gear and head to work on a truck in Aspen. Working up valley has its perks. See 3 Ferrari's and lots of tourists. Trying to be something they are not. I was happy I had seen a cub bear. But always think where is momma bear? Still another day in the books. I wouldn't bore you with the work I do on cars. Still a solid and very long day.

• CHINA PRO DETONATES AFTER TABANI TAKES THE WIN
The 2026 Huanji China Pro blew the roof off the bodybuilding world.
Behrooz Tabani Abarghani walked away with the Men’s Open win and an Olympia qualification — and the entire industry erupted.
Behrooz was WAY off. Flat, soft, and nowhere near Olympia‑level conditioning.
The reaction was immediate: fans, pros, and legends all called foul.
• LEE PRIEST GOES FULL BLAST ON THE IFBB
Priest didn’t critique — he attacked.
He declared Hollingshead the real winner, shredded the judging, and went straight at Tyler Manion.
He implied politics, not physiques, decided the outcome.
He dismissed the scorecard before it even dropped, calling the whole thing a joke.
That is putting it PG for what he said in totality
• JAMES HOLLINGSHEAD: THE TRUE WINNER OF THE NIGHT
James came in grainy, dense, full, and dialed.
Massive quad improvements.
Better shape. Better tan. Better presence.
He brought the winning look and everyone knew it.
• MILOS SARCEV DEFENDS TABANI, CLASHES WITH PRIEST
Sarcev stepped in to defend Behrooz and argued the win was justified.
He also updated fans on Hadi Choopan’s prep, promising a dry, crisp look for Vegas.
The debate between Priest and Sarcev lit up social media.

TEAM USP — (CREEPER’S THOUGHTS) (Hardline Edition)
The China Pro wasn’t a controversy — it was a failure.
James Hollingshead walked on stage with the winning physique. Harder. Fuller. Sharper. More complete. He did everything a pro is supposed to do, and the judges still handed the win to a man who wasn’t even close. Behrooz was off — way off and everyone saw it except the people holding the scorecards.
This wasn’t a misread. This wasn’t a tough call.
This was a robbery, straight up.
The wrong man got rewarded, and the right man got overlooked.
And when that happens at an Olympia qualifier, it’s not just a bad night it’s a crack in the system. The athletes feel it. The fans feel it. The sport feels it.
James brought the better physique.
James brought the better look.
James brought the win.
The judges didn’t give it to him.
That’s the problem.
And until the judging standard gets fixed, this won’t be the last time the wrong man walks away with the trophy.
TEAM USP stays locked in.
