To the Creeper dungeon and start walking on the treadmill to a good jog. 35 minutes we hit target zone 125—135. Eat my spoon full of honey with some electrolytes. Then to the Yoga stretches. Loosened the back and legs. On to opening my chest up, as well as the Creeper stretches using 30lbs in hand, swirl the weight letting the shoulder fibers get stretched good. Slowing down and reverse the spin. Turn on some tunes and load the warm up sets.
• Leg Press
300 wide stance today.
Paused reps. Smooth and controlled.
4×12, quads feeling fine. With wide stance getting as deep as possible. Great stretch. Controlled chaos coming out the hole. This is feeling good and controlled. keeping the knee straight by using my lifting belt and foam block. I am doing some isolation leg extensions to warm up. Focused on rhythmic movement and time under load. All sets to 12. Everything felt pretty good starting off.
• Cable Crunches
Staying at 150lbs. Spine arched, hips pulling through.
Controlled and systemic.
And doing 6 sets. I ran this up to 15. I take a solid 60 seconds to recover after set 3. I am still shaking hard by set 4 that the wall is starting, before it was the end of set 3, no think zone! The rest time in between sets is the only way to get this much done. This gets the blood flowing good. Heart rate up 130-145. Hot already, rolling sweat already.
• Romanian Deadlifts x 5
130lbs, Belt tight. Hamstrings drawn tight. Close to the shins, keeping head up.
10 on set one, backed down on reps after 3 going to 10 and 10. Then 8 and 7 Being methodically. Staying even with the book
• Calf Raises
140 lbs On a 2‑inch platform, heels hanging deep.
Stretch, squeeze up, repeat. 5 sets done at 10 reps.
Do note this is on the Smith Machine.
• Hanging Leg Raises x 4, grips on.
Weighted sets with 10 lbs on the feet.
Strict, no sway. Keep the work honest 10 reps with a rest of 30 seconds. I was lighting up in the abs. Did 8 reps, 2 more sets. We are staying even.
• Smith Machine Squats x 4
300 lbs, wide stance, tempo steady.
10 reps then 9, 7 for sets 3 & 4. Nice and smooth. Form feels good with the toes slightly out. Kept even with reps.
• Hack squat x 3
started this off light as the finish touch. 170, 3 sets neutral stance, toes pushed down and straight 15,14,13 quads lighting up! Foam box is still being used. I am standing a bit higher than mid plate. We added 3 reps. I know we can add more just a bit redundant.
* Extra set Leg Curls
4 sets at 35lb. 12×4
* Extra set pull up's
Did 5 X 3 with the 25lbs on the belt, I like to give a bit of relax hanging at the bottom at the end of a set just to unload the spine and stretching everything deeply. Got a pretty good pop.... click click like down the spine, on a deep exhale on the first rep. Felt really good.

Hadi Choopan Formally Out of 2026 Mr. Olympia
Former Arnold Classic champion and past Mr. Olympia winner Hadi “The Persian Wolf” Choopan is officially OUT of Las Vegas 2026 due to severe international visa complications.
• Travel Collapse:
◦ Went to Shiraz to fly to Dubai for his final U.S. Embassy visa interview.
◦ Found his 10‑year UAE Golden Visa suddenly deactivated under new political travel restrictions.
◦ Tried again from Tehran, denied boarding, missed the embassy appointment.
• Result: Full withdrawal from the 2026 Mr. Olympia, confirmed directly via social media.
Men’s Open Shock:
• The expected Lunsford vs Choopan II storyline is gone.
• Title pressure shifts toward Derek Lunsford, Nick Walker, Samson Dauda, Andrew Jacked and the rest of the top pack.
• Austrian Oak Pro Results & Stage Drama
Men’s Open – Olympia Ticket Secured
• 1st – Regan Grimes (Canada):
◦ Dominant win, locks his formal qualification to the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
• 2nd – Damian Kuffel (Poland):
◦ Strong runner‑up, reinforces his Open legitimacy.
• 3rd – Joan Pradells Martinez:
◦ Big European interest, solid podium presence.
Classic Physique – Fireworks on Stage
• 1st – Zhivko Petkov (Bulgaria)
• 2nd – Florian Hartlage (Germany)
• 3rd – Michael Daboul (UAE):
◦ Berated the judging panel, briefly walked off, refused official podium photos.
◦ Later issued a public apology, admitting he let emotions take over and reaffirming respect for judges and athletes. [4]
Women’s Divisions – Winners Snapshot
• Women’s Figure: Kristina Zafirova
• Women’s Bikini: Ivanna Escandar [4]
• Qualification Snapshot
• Men’s Open Qualification Window: Sept 15, 2025 – Aug 30, 2026.
• Regan Grimes: Now officially added to the 2026 Mr. Olympia Men’s Open qualified list via Austrian Oak Pro victory.
• Hadi Choopan: Still appears on some qualified competitor lists, but his social‑confirmed withdrawal means the real field is one shark lighter until IFBB updates the official roster.
• Samir Bannout Backs Nick Walker for the Sando Trophy
1983 Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout has gone on record that “The Mutant” Nick Walker is now firmly in the winner’s circle for the 2026 Mr. Olympia.
• Mindset Edge: Bannout points to Walker’s rebound from a rough 2025 and his statement win at the Tampa Pro as proof of a true “warrior mindset.”
• Post‑Hadi Landscape: With Choopan out, Bannout believes Walker has the clearest path—if he nails conditioning and keeps his structure tight enough to overcome reigning champion Derek Lunsford.

TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)
• Hadi: Politics just erased a historic rematch. 2026 will always carry a “what if Choopan made it?” shadow over the final scorecards.
• Regan: Austrian Oak wasn’t just a qualifier—it was a pressure win. That kind of momentum matters when the Vegas lights hit.
• Daboul: The outburst was bad, the apology was necessary. Classic is too stacked for emotional blowups to define careers—either he resets or gets buried by calmer killers.
• Nick vs Derek: With Bannout backing Walker and Hadi gone, the real storyline is Mutant vs Lunsford. The Sando now comes down to who shows up sharper, not just bigger we already know who the big guy will be.
