25 mg Mast.

Put on the science officers robe. Do my perimeter sweep, water yard and chickens. Got 0 eggs this morning. Bummer....
The Creeper's dungeon is needed! I started off walking the treadmill for 10 min to a slow jog for an other 25 minutes. Started to tighten up in the legs/ back. Transitioning to the floor I took my time and stretching out every angle on my legs. Stretch out my back really well. Stink bug walking hands back to standing is really good on the hamstrings. Finished off with my old school standard stretches..It is going to be a rougher than normal day. legs are very sore this morning. As executed now on rest days I normally do some push up's and pull up's. So to start, on my bench I do my Creeper stretches. Letting weight hang in my hand rotating in a small circles. Let it pull on everything in the shoulder. At 30 lbs. Switched out and do both sides. Doing 4 or 5 sets of this helps let the tension out of the shoulders.

* Then set up with yoga blocks and did 20 push up's. Everything seems smooth and controlled. Did 15 mores a slow and controlled descent and a strong acceleration out of the hole.

* Pull up's – today, the belt again with 25 lbs. And was able to do 5 pretty easily. Took a rest and... pull off 5 more. Rest.... 8 more... 5x5 and set 3 at 9 stalled with 25lb plate.

* Creeper Curl. If you know how to do a normal curl. Rotating wrist down to the ground (pronation). 20lbs. Start bent 20%. Curl up letting the bar of the dumbbell sit in the hook of the fingers and curl up allowing the wrist to be pulled down 100% as you curl up to 80% high or so. As you go back down, extending as you go back down. You do this right all forearms. 10 reps X 5 sets.

* tossed in a set of 3 x 25 lbs preacher curls with dumbbells. Get a good solid pump. As the Creeper curl is more of a forearms movement.

Super busy day, was moving all day, all while eating during the day.
My coworkers kinda trip on how lean I am to me eating all day long. I always have them look at what I eat compared to what everyone else is doing. I got one tech Chris that is starting to eat clean. I helped him with a meal plan, in action to lean up but keep his mass. Dude loves sweet potatoes so he has made light salted and oiled and air fried snack with game jerky. And is hitting the chicken, brown rice for lunch, and wild game and veggies for dinner, mostly elk and deer. 2 weeks in he is already noticing a energy level difference. And he isn't hungry like he was. He also noticing that everyone has gotten sick but us 2 that are not eating junk food!? Funny how that works when the body doesn't have all the extra processing and preserving chemicals in it the immune system can fight viruses not the shit foods you put in the body.

🏆 2027 ARNOLD CLASSIC — MEN’S OPEN CONFIRMED HEAVYWEIGHTS
Walker. Jacked. Choopan.
The Columbus battlefield is now officially stacked with three of the most dangerous physiques in modern bodybuilding.

Nick “The Mutant” Walker
Fresh off becoming the 20th Mr. Olympia, Walker is chasing back‑to‑back domination: Sandow → Arnold → repeat. He’s already told media he’s entering the 2027 Arnold Classic to collect the $750,000 Open purse and keep pressure on the entire division.

Andrew Jacked
The reigning Arnold Classic champion is returning to defend his crown. Jacked vs Walker is now locked as the headline collision—two champions entering the same stage with zero hesitation.
• Hadi Choopan — CONFIRMED (Visa Pending)
The Persian Wolf has officially stated he will enter the 2027 Arnold Classic as long as his international visa clears. After missing the 2026 Olympia due to travel restrictions, Choopan is treating Columbus as his redemption stage. If the paperwork goes through, the Arnold becomes a three‑way war between Walker, Jacked, and Choopan.

• POST‑OLYMPIA FALLOUT — LUNSFORD & DAUDA UNDER PRESSURE
The Real Bodybuilding Podcast and multiple analyst panels are still breaking down Derek Lunsford’s third‑place finish. Debate centers on whether Lunsford or Samson Dauda will jump into the Arnold to regain momentum instead of waiting a full year for Olympia redemption.
• Lunsford: Admitted he was “off” in Vegas. Analysts say an Arnold entry could reset his season.
• Dauda: Sitting silent but heavily speculated. His size and structure make him a natural threat in Columbus.

• ARNOLD SPORTS FESTIVAL — “BIGGEST EXPANSION IN HISTORY”
ASF Executive Director Brian Powers is teasing a massive announcement next week. Industry insiders are expecting one of the following:
• New divisions
• New global locations
• Record‑breaking prize money increases
If payouts rise again, the Arnold may permanently shift into a primary show alongside the Olympia.

• LINEUP WATCH — OTHER NAMES CIRCLING
• Hunter Labrada: Considering his first Arnold Classic appearance if shoulder health holds.
• Open Division Temperature: With Walker, Jacked, Choopan, and possible Lunsford/Dauda entries, the 2027 Arnold Classic is shaping up like a another Olympia.

• EXTRA HEADLINES — 24‑HOUR SWEEP
• Lee Haney Kidney Transplant: The 8x Mr. Olympia successfully underwent surgery. Major legacy story.
• Olympia Scorecards: Full division results trending across official outlets.
• Bob Cicherillo Commentary: Post‑Olympia breakdown now praising Walker’s execution after months of tension.

🧠TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)
Columbus just became the second battlefield for the crown. Walker wants a dynasty. Jacked wants a repeat. Choopan wants revenge. If Lunsford or Dauda jump in, the Arnold becomes a full‑scale war instead of a warm‑up. The sport isn’t waiting for Vegas anymore the real fight starts in March for 2027.

Gear beamed aboard, throw the science officers robe on to do the perimeter sweep, no need to water the yard we have had monsoons come in and rain off and on with thunderstorms so everything is cool and moist. No eggs again this morning, we have some coop work to do this weekend. I hit the Creeper dungeon Turned on my heavy music mix. Started on the treadmill walking for 10 then bump it up to the jog hitting the target zone for 25 minutes. Start doing my yoga stretches, getting everything loose and limber. Was pretty tight all the way around. So into work, started off with my Creeper stretches slow circles with a 30 lb dumbbell on the bench at an angle to let the weight pull on the shoulders and warm. Set up warm up sets.

* 194.6 this morning
* 6hrs 33 min sleep. Cpap in use.

*WORK SETS

• Dumbbell Bench Press 12–18 reps × 5 sets @ 95 lbs ( per the voice )
12 clean reps, locked‑in form, chest tight and squeezed hard I focus from deep stretch the weight just hanging on the pecks. From the bottom acceleration increases out of the hole to the top. To a center convergence. A show of controlled violence. Slowing down to imagine and feeling squeezing the chest like the crazy uncle you see on Thanksgiving. On set 2 dropped back to 10 and 8 stalling into some partials to dropping the dumbbells. Next set 6 to fail, and again 6 to fail. Lot of dropped dumbbells this morning.

• Incline Dumbbell Flyes — 15°
Went straight to 30 reps x 20 lbs, I focused on keeping tempo in time. Then on the decent slow and controlled pause at maximum stretch. Feeling it pull on the chest open up really getting deep on the arms with a small bend at the elbows. I try and exhale slowly coming down letting gravity pull it open.
We at 20 lbs, dropped to 15lbs and did 30 more reps without pause. Dropped to 10 lbs stalling at 28. We stay level.

• Triceps Rope extensions Overhead — 60 lbs.
10–15 reps × 4 sets
Focused, feeling the contractions from top to bottom, keeping the pace. To keep time under tension. On the retraction movement I slow the movement to bring tension to max stretch then an accelerated movement up. On a 2 and 4 count on the movements. Set 3 hit 14, then 13. We stay even in the book of pain.

• Cable Lateral Raises
12–18 reps × 5 sets, 15 reps target.
Cross‑cable setup we are at 10lbs. Controlled in tempo. Adjusting stance to hit all the fibers in the shoulders by being forward, neutral and behind. And didn't seem to bother any. We added reps. I do say it was burning good. We are up 5 reps across the 5 sets.

• Seated Overhead Dumbbell Press (Arnold Press)
8–12 reps × 5 sets
Bench nearly vertical, 30 lbs up and all sets at 12 reps, nothing seems to be hitching in the movement. This felt really good. Still shaking. The press and flys are showing.

* Extra sets Pull-Ups & Push-ups
Starting of with 15 push up's on the foam blocks. Took a minute to recover. Did 10 more. My chest pulsing with my heartbeat.
* Pull up's
Did 10 took a minute got 7 more. CNS is sizzling. Still got good stretch in with the 45 plate.

* Then more Creeper stretches. Keeping the shoulders loose.

• DAILY FUEL BREAKDOWN
- Calories: 4,400—4,750
- Protein: ~400–450 added protein powder to everything
- Carbs: ~460–480g
- Fat: ~100–130g
- Sodium: ~4,800–5,800mg
- Meals: 6 total
- I blender up 4 cups of cooked rice with water till very smooth

* Notes of the Day
Well we made Friday for most. My main Tech has gotten all his tools out of the shop. And other guys have been grabbing me a lot for questions on diagnostic procedures. Going to have to keep track of this to bill out shop time. I offer the information for free, just not my time on the clock.
Amanda is doing much better and feeling human again. She has much improved energy levels. And overall better feeling. The kids are kids buttholes, but fun. Obviously busy doing everything. And friends are growing importance. I hope they can keep from getting caught up in to much of that.

The 2026 Olympia weekend reshape.

🏆 Olympia fallout & judging wars

Nick Walker vs. The Scorecards:
Nick Walker is officially the 20th Mr. Olympia, taking the Sandow, $600,000, and the People’s Champion award after edging out Samson Dauda and Derek Lunsford in one of the tightest battles in recent history—final scores: Walker 18, Dauda 20, Lunsford 24.

Samson Dauda – “Best Overall Physique” Debate:
• Deep breakdowns of the official sheets show Samson’s brutal finals surge wasn’t enough to erase the structural deficit from prejudging. His Saturday score of 5 was the lowest single-round score of the entire weekend, but Friday’s higher number kept the title out of reach—fueling the “Samson had the better physique, Walker had the better weekend” narrative.

• Judging Philosophy Under Fire:
Analysts are hammering the same point: Open bodybuilding still rewards unapologetic freakiness, but not at the expense of shape, balance, and presentation. Walker’s win is being framed as the modern template. Mass plus structure, not just size for its own sake.

• Nick Walker’s Victory Defended:
Veteran voices like Jay Cutler and Milos Sarcev have publicly backed the decision, calling Walker the “deserving winner” in a razor-close clash against an elite Samson Dauda. The tone from legends is clear: no robbery, just a brutal three-way war where someone had to lose.

• Press Conference Heat, Sarah Villegas:
Post-show coverage is still replaying the “brutally honest” press conference segments, with Sarah Villegas catching heavy fan backlash and booing after tense comments—made even sharper by her third-place finish in Women’s Physique behind champion Natalia Abraham Coelho.

Division Shockwaves – Champions & Streaks:
• Ms. Olympia: Andrea Shaw locks a seventh straight title, pushing deeper into all-time territory.
• Classic Physique: Niall Darwen claims his first Olympia crown, breaking through in a stacked lineup.
• Men’s Physique: Ryan Terry secures a fourth straight title, tying Jeremy Buendia’s record.
• Multiple defending champs lose their thrones, signaling a full generational reshuffle across divisions.

⚔️ 2027 Arnold Classic lineup & rivalry heat

• Walker Jumping Straight Into Columbus:
Fresh reports confirm Nick Walker intends to roll directly into the 2027 Arnold Classic, refusing to coast on his new Olympia crown. That move has split the industry—some calling it alpha, others calling it reckless.

• “Skip the Arnold” – Protect the Sandow:
Bob Cicherillo and Shawn Ray have gone on record advising Walker to skip the Arnold, arguing he has nothing left to prove and should guard his Olympia status instead of risking momentum in another peak battle.

• Weinberger’s Call – Samson Can Beat Walker:
Head IFBB judge Steve Weinberger has openly stated Samson Dauda absolutely has the tools to beat Walker if they clash again in Columbus, adding gasoline to the rematch narrative and putting pressure on both camps before the Arnold lineup is even finalized.

• Men’s Physique – Ryan Terry vs. Ali Bilal Rivalry:
The Men’s Physique division is on fire: Ryan Terry just beat Ali Bilal 1–2 at the Olympia with a perfect scorecard, and fresh podcast coverage is framing their 2027 season as a full-blown rivalry arc, Terry defending a record-tying streak, Bilal chasing revenge.

• updates

Niall Darwen Addresses Car Accident & Trolls:

Newly crowned Classic Physique Olympia champion Niall Darwen has released an official statement after a recent car accident, directly calling out toxic online trolls who joked that his Olympia rivals were somehow involved. The message was blunt: respect the athletes, respect the danger, stop weaponizing tragedy for clout.

•Lee Haney’s Kidney Transplant & Brotherhood

Updates continue to roll in on 8-time Mr. Olympia Lee Haney’s life-saving kidney transplant. Haney has publicly thanked a fellow bodybuilder who stepped up as the donor, turning a medical crisis into one of the biggest brotherhood stories the sport has seen in a long time.

• Classic Physique:
Niall Darwen finally breaks through for his first title jump from a best 7th finish, while Mike Sommerfeld racks up yet another runner-up finish, cementing a long-term rivalry storyline in the division.

• 212:
Keone Pearson extends his run to four straight 212 Olympia titles, a streak only Flex Lewis has surpassed, locking him into all-time conversation.

• Men’s Physique:
Ryan Terry’s fourth consecutive win ties Jeremy Buendia’s record and sets up 2027 as a legacy-defense year with Ali Bilal in his rearview.

• Women’s Field:
Andrea Shaw, Natalia Abraham Coelho, Eduarda Bezerra, Michelle Fredua-Mensah, Jasmine Gonzalez, Lola Montez, and others either extend streaks or claim first titles—proof that the women’s divisions are just as volatile and storyline-heavy as Men’s Open right now.

🧠 TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)

This Olympia didn’t just crown a new king, it rewired the entire hierarchy. Walker’s win proves freak mass is still king only when it’s welded to structure and presentation. Samson showed what happens when you’re unstoppable on Saturday but vulnerable on Friday. Ryan Terry and Niall Darwen turned “nice runs” into legacy-defining moments.

The real test now? Who gambles in 2027. If Walker walks into Columbus, the Arnold becomes a war zone. If he sits, the title chase turns into a feeding frenzy for everyone else to gain momentum. Either way, the era of safe champions is dead, this is a chaos cycle, and TEAM USP is logging every move.

Headed to the Creeper dungeon. Did yoga for 30 minutes stretch out very deep paying attention to opening up my chest and back before getting on the treadmill for 30 minutes. Did a few minutes of work on my shoulders in the Creeper's stretch then set up for warm up sets. Turned on my morning mix and get down to work.

* 194.5 This morning
* 7hr 15min sleep with Cpap. Just woke up a few times to pee.

• WORK SETS —

• Bent‑Over Barbell Rows (Bar 45lbs)
135 lbs total — 15, 15, 15
Back locked in place, bar path clean and planned. Feeling very easy to move, it felt so good to put a big squeeze in. Everything is feeling synchronized quickly in the back, upper/mid traps. I keep tempo and rhythm timed. Keeping everything in check you get the most out of this. Still feel the burn in the lats by rep 15 on the first set. Find the target angle to hit the group of muscle you want to work and stay locked. Getting the good burn on this.

• Lat Pulldowns 12 sets ( shoulder width + Unilateral) 25-15 reps.
100 on the stack, 50 for uni.
Shoulder‑to‑narrow rotation for 25 reps. Take 60 seconds, Taking the time here is key to push the reps up. Keep the plan. Set 5 was a push and ground out the 25. set 6 at 16 I was fatiguing hard keep breathing under control and focused on this last few. Took a few minutes to recover. Breathing heavy.
Unilateral rounds push for 25 on each side for 6 sets. Uni got 25 reps on all but the last 1 were much more challenging and had to push hard to 23. Dropping weight last set 10 lbs pulled off. 35 reps left side matched for right. Had to take a minute to recover. This is torching the lats and obliques.

• Seated Cable Rows
100lbs 3 x sets — 15, 15, 15
Full resets, tight pulls, 90‑second resets were mandatory. Form is smooth. upper & mid traps. Slow and controlled. Thinking about the sweep from head high to hip, keeping the line straight in the movement. You will feel the load shifting out of the arms into the lats, as the shoulder blades rotating around the ribs, then into mid back under squeeze. Back and lats are working harder than normal. Barbell rows is having a lasting effect with
pushing reps on pull downs.

• Face Pulls
30 lbs. 25 reps x 3 sets
Rear delts take the hit. This is feeling good. Letting the weight pull out my arms. You can feel the shoulder blades rotating out and over then pulling together in middle of the spine. I hit 24, 23, 22. Still down a few reps. Gassed pretty quickly. Form shaking. But feeling good.

• Standing Cable Curls
60 lbs
Set 1–6 strong eccentric pull, then a very slow decent on a 4 count.
Arms are always happy to do this. Tension kept on each arm for a set. This is done in a way – hard pull up...slow on the way down. This is the shaper or the bi's peak. I enjoy dumbbells. But the tension is here constant. Get into the deep stretch on this, where the arm is behind you a bit. 12 x 4 and 10 x 2 for the last 2 sets.

• Pullovers
80 lb dumbbell — 3×20
Sideways on the bench, letting gravity peel you open. Nothing uncomfortable in this loaded. Disciplined and controlled movements. Arch the back up in extended flattening out bringing it up. This is more than a lat movement. It builds core and deep on the tri's. And dam, it felts good today.

• Extra sets, Creeper curl
60 seconds between sets. Hand pronation away from you. Letting the wrist bend coming up and flattening out on the way down.
Slow and controlled on the first 5, quicker on the second 5 to really pump the blood in.
15 lbs x 4 sets. Hit 10 reps for all 4. This is the finisher for the bi's and forearms.

• Pull up's, started of with a 45 plate and decompression of my back then I did 5, with the belt and 25 lbs.I rested a minute and I and got 5 more in.
Time to eat!!!

Feeling pretty good overall. Energy levels are a bit down at the end of the day thats kinda expected. Family is good. Everyone is busy doing something. And my help is always needed for I can't figure out's. Mr Ash is always ready too. He is best at getting in the way. He has that down perfectly.

🧠TEAM USP — (Creeper’s Thoughts)
Mammoli’s France win in the Classic race adds depth.
Derek’s post-Olympia tone is exactly what a former champ needed, controlled, strategic, no panic. Still he knows his number is had.
Keone looks like he’s prepping for a denial season. No news if he hitting a show soon. Sure looks as if he is.
Flex Lewis continues proving he’s the sport’s infrastructure general.
Phil vs GI is the same old battle: athlete reality vs media narrative a lenz distortion.
Calum’s retrospective reminds everyone that bodybuilding’s glamour has a cost.
