Deca or Tren?

I would try deca first and log it to see your changes
 
Thank you all for the replies. I will definitely get a log going here shortly. But just some basics.. I’m 34. 5’9 and weigh 205/ 206. I’m planning on just finishing this cycle which is just 400mg a week of test C. Next cycle I’ll probably keep it at 400mg but MIGHT increase it to 500mg and stack either deca or tren to it. I’m not ruling out an oral forever, just for now I’d like to stick to test and deca or tren.

depends how long you wanna run it. Tren 6 weeks max bro Deca you can run 12-14 weeks no problem...I am going to run Test NPP and Drol for Bulk I think
 
Once again, thank you all the replies. For now(next cycle) I’m planning on running 400 to 500 of test and I’m gonna start with a safe 200 of deca. I will post a log.
