I was diagnosed with 2 herniated discs in my back. It sometimes bothers me and sometimes I wouldn’t even know it.
I’m wondering what you thought about weight training and if it makes those types of injuries worse, or if you think it makes them better. Sometimes, when I work out, they feel really good, but maybe it’s just the blood flowing through my body and adrenaline. Also, any tips when it comes to weight training with this condition?
