Epitalon before I retire for night

Newbie
looking to use epitalon before I am going to sleep
My workouts are very long and intense and I usually go about an hour and a half or 2 hours including cardio
by the time I get home I’m ready to go into bed but it takes me a little while to fall asleep and stay asleep
I’ve heard good things on epitalon as an option before bed. Should I take 250 mcg and how long do you need to take it before bed?

100mcg of epitalon is fine before bed but not much imo
 
try not to watch TV or use your electronics
 
it will really help if you relax because your heart rate would be elevated
 
you're probably drinking coffee or taking a pre-workout
 
1 of the worst things you can do is take something that will keep you up at night
 
it's worth a shot but I want to use that much I would stick to 200 mcg only
 
I think that 250 mcg would be fine
