[RESEARCH] Micro-dose viagra before training session

Hey bros and girls, I wanted to research more and discuss micro dosing viagra before training. I'm not talking about 50mgs prior but more like cut the pill (or mix the liquid) into 5mgs (5.0) before training, would this increase pumps and results?

My thought is blood flow = increased strength and length of training sessions.
Please add to this.

I have tried this but not 5mgs. I take tadalafil (not sildenafil) every few weeks when I have date night. 1 date night I went to train at the gym after and the pumps were AMAZING!
I am not sure of the science but anecdotally it works amazing to mix sildenafil with training.

if pumps are that important to you then yeah go for it. keep in mind though viagra has side effects.

ive used it pwo plenty of times, but i dont get into "micro dosing" and things of that nature... if you feel it works for you, by all means, go for it but i stick to a more conventional approach

Cialis is a much better choice here. It is made so you can dose it low and daily. It would work great for pre workouts and so you are always ready with a rock hard one!
