I’m switching from more low repetition to high repetition
I’m going to be doing more volume and pushing towards at least 20 or 25 sets per session
I’ve heard good things about equipoise being good for this.
Should I push the equipoise up to 300 or 400 mg a week or should I push it even higher?
My testosterone dose I was thinking of using around 200 mg a week nothing too crazy I don’t want to get a lot of side effects
this will be a 12 week cycle. Looks good?
