my estrogen levels are too high and I would like to get it balanced. I have never used steroids before or anything that would have caused estrogen to go up but I am overweight
I heard that if you get estrogen down a can help you lose weight and all that good stuff which supplement will work

It's the other way round. Lose weight (fat) and you'll have lower numbers
