Fatigued after increase to 450MG and Log

what you are doing here isn't TRT for starters. true TRT is 90-125mgs of test a week. that is it

you are not only doing 200mgs which is way more then your body needs to reach a baseline, but then adding an AI, hcg, hgh (again double a true HRT dose)

then on top of that you are using an anti diabetes medication that has tons of side effects that i never recommend for people.

it is simply a strategy of throw whatever at my body for this or that. in reality the best way to lose body fat is to NOT throw things at your body. look into FASTING. once you learn about it then you will have found your answer to so many things. and the best thing is it costs NOTHING. which is why so many people get upset when i talk fasting. they can't sell you shit
LISTEN to this because its extremely solid and accurate advice! @SteveSmi is right on so many levels here! Bloodwork will show exactly what areas are causing issues but there are a variety of things wrong... Get bloodwork done and stop using the semaglutide as discussed earlier
 
@bcbx212 semaglutide is a big problem and I think you should drop the arginine too for now and cut out the HCG, you don't need it.

I suggest straight
testosterone enan 450mgs/week
hgh 2 IUs/day
n2guard 7caps ed organ liver support
aromasin ai 5mgs ed for estrogen support

Thats just shooting in the dark here the real problem is we don't know your log journal. if you want us to truly guide you, you need to share a full LOG journal training diet cardio supplements.

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your diet, training details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Hello Men,
My name is Bo, 41 year old male, 5' 7" 215lbs. I am an endomorph and have always put on muscle easy but the body fat has been the bane of my existence. I have been a serious gym goer for over a decade but some injuries in the last 2 years slowed me down. I turned the heat up last year when I got Injections for my back injury and have been rolling since but have a lot of work to do.

At 31 years old I was a heavy drinker, morbidly obese, and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I took control of my health and became a hard core fitness enthusiast. I went from 253 lbs. down to 180 over a 3 year period, and my type 2 diabetes has been controlled without medication since then. I do bloodwork twice a year and my A1C has been normal for the last 8 years or so with diet, exercise and A1C monitoring.

When I hit 40 years old my energy felt zapped and I had symptoms of Low T. I herniated my L5 last year and have a bulging L4 which also needed some support bone density and strength building.

I got tested 2 months ago and my testosterone was just over 300 ng/dl. I got with an online HRT provider and they prescribed the below protocol which I did for 4 weeks before wanting to increase.

Weeks 1-4
Testosterone Cypionate - 200MG once a week
HCG 10000 IU - 2.5 IU's twice a week
Anastrozole - 1 MG twice a week
B12 Injection - 5IU's once a week
HGH - 2IU's once a day (Prescribed by provider but too expensive, I purchased on Domestic Supply cheaper)

I felt amazing and wanted to actually do a real cycle and after some research on the 5th week I modified the TRT run and started the below cycle.

Week 5 (Been on the below schedule for 2 weeks)
Testosterone Cypionate - 200MG once a week (Sunday)
Testosterone Enanthate - 250 MG once a week (Wednesday)
HCG 10000 IU - 2.5 IU's twice a week
Anastrozole - 1 MG twice a week
B12 Injection - 5IU's once a week
HGH - 2IU's once a day
L- Arginine - 3ML's a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Semaglutide - .25MG once a week (Discontinued the use this week as I suspect some adverse effects first week)

Work Out Schedule: Active 6-7 days a week, weight train 5-6 days mixing in low impact cardio pre or post workout, and heavy cardio or yoga 1or 2 days a week.

Diet: Very redundant ...
Breakfast: Steel Cut Oats with Monk Fruit for sweetness, Coffee with Monk Fruit Sweetener 5-6 days, Scrambled eggs and wheat toast 1 or 2 Days.

Lunch: Whole Wheat Bread and Turkey or Ham Lunch Meat or Low Calorie Meal Prep Chicken Breast and rice.

Dinner: Varying Protein with small portion of rice or potatoes. and veggies

Post work out meal consist of homemade smoothie with fresh frozen fruit, low sweetened almond milk, Whey protein and AG1 super green powder.

I eat a lot of fruit for snacking in the evening and pre workout energy when hungry.

My objective with the cycle is to reduce body fat significantly, increase energy, improve aesthetics, increase bone density to heal some old injuries and improve overall life.

I would like to start a SARM but am still trying to understand a few things I am working through. Last week I struggled with a lot of fatigue and sleeplessness. I believe it is the semaglutide causing it so I am discontinuing use immediately. I usually take it on Monday's and it has been 6 days since I took it for the first time and am already feeling better and slept good last night for the first time in a week.

As you see I am new to the anabolic world but the benefits are proven and I am excited to learn everything needed to know in order to make this a healthy productive journey.

Please advise if I let anything important out or if there is any details I should elaborate on.

I posted one earlier in the thread, I’m new so not sure I the format is correct. This is what I am in now

Testosterone Cypionate - 200MG once a week (Sunday)

Anastrozole - 1 MG twice a week
B12 Injection - 5IU's once a week
HGH - 2IU's once a day

I stopped Semaglutide and L-Arginine this week.
 
Also monitor the b12 Injections they can be super potent and shoot levels up way higher than they need to be which isn't good. I did that once with b12 Injections weekly, look at it this way the more things you add in the mix the harder it is to figure out what and why issues are occurring. I keep it simple one maybe 2 compounds 3 at the most in low moderate doses is how I approach it.
 
Are you doing self-TRT? I am guessing so because you are running an AI with your TRT dose. To me, that just says you are using way too much test as "TRT". Where does the 200mg get your test levels to? E2 as well?
 
Update ...

Dropped the semaglutide, L=Arginine and HCG the last 2 weeks and am feeling amazing again.

I am pretty sure it was the semaglutide and will never touch that stuff again.

Can someone tell me what to expect now that I stopped the HCG?

Not sure how long until or if testicle shrinkage will occur, I also want to be fertile.
