Favorite kind of sandwich

I'm interested in getting some opinions. I'm going to be starting to take some trips on the road and I'm going to take a small cooler with me. I would like to pack some sandwiches to eat along the way. What are some good sandwich options that you recommend that are healthy?

I usually take some chicken or a piece of steak and I make it into a sandwich and I add some good-quality barbecue sauce. Tastes great.
