40% protein
40% carbs
20% fats
is this to low?
im also using 500mg of enantathe of testosterone per week until week 6 when im add 40mg of oral winstrol currently no using arimatize inibitor but have them on hand if need them.

my trainning is
PUSH
PULL
LEGS
REST
PUSH
PULL
REST
with 30 minutes of treadmil inclination of 8º and 5km/h
abs every day but low volume

where can i improve in my plan? i think about change winstrol for anvar but anvar dont will have the same efect of winstrol (knowing that winstrol is very hepatotoxic)
