Just getting back into the gym it's week two. I'm going to order so.e deca an test to start with. I also eat simple fasts an protein. Think I'll order from steroidify if I can get my zelle app to work. I guess its hard to use my debit card. Witch I understand just kinda new to me thanks for the help

please post training in detail
reps, sets, exercises each day
cardio what you doing?

diet, what you actually eating? meals food when you eating it

you need to keep a detailed LOG if you want results. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

Deca and test cycle, why? you're 205 whats your bodyfat? not sure deca is for you.
