I’ve never been much of a fish eater but one of my buddies went fishing and he brought home a bunch of fish and he cooked them up and it was pretty good
I didn’t like all the fish that he cooked but it was not bad at all especially if he had lemon to it
I’m wondering what kind of fish do you guys like to eat and how do you guys like to cook them I would like to try different recipes at home

fish is hard to cook in a lot of cases you want to make sure it's fully cooked on the inside

some people will cook it in a pan you want to make sure it's cooked thoroughly on both sides

if you want it blackened black pepper is a key ingredient also lemon is amazing with it

if you have a grass grill you can grill it but make sure it's cooked thoroughly I would use aluminum under it

best way to cook fish is in the oven in glassware. cook it in some pineapple juice
