I have a company 5k that I’m going to be getting ready for and I don’t want to look like an idiot. I’m not much of a runner, but I used to be athletic back in the day. I was doing some research and came across a product called Gw501516 and they say it’s really good to use. Should I be using this 10 mg to help me prepare for my run? And how often do you think I should use it?
