I had a question about gaining strength I read some things online that you have white muscle fibers and red muscle fibers and some people are more gifted when it comes to the bodybuilding and some people are more gifted when it comes to powerlifting
is there any truth to this because for me I have a really hard time gaining strength but I have a good time building good quality muscle mass and cutting down body fat
