Healthy way to make spaghetti

I really enjoy putting together meals and I would like to get some Italian dishes. What do you think about a spaghetti meal with sauce and pieces of red meat? Do you think that would be something that I can try? I can make a bunch of it and I'll have food for the next three or four days. Has anyone tried anything like this?
 
I haven't had spaghetti in a while. It's not a great bodybuilder food, but if you're going to make it, add some meatballs to it. That will give you more protein.
