I am very happy with my TRT right now been on it for about 2 years. Just got bloods and everything looks good.

I want to add something to my test cyp trt. My options are tren, sarms and maybe OtC.
Goals are to get leaner and stronger.

TRT cycles usually should have a higher test levels in the stack. Try 750mgs test enan on top of the cyp and add some gw/cardazol with n2guard for organ support.

I would probably start with SARMs. Tren at 55 would be pretty harsh so if you go that route just follow blood work closely.
