I’m around 145 lbs and 5’10”.
I’ve looked into using Deca and testosterone together and it seems like the proper dosage would be somewhere between 300 and 500 mg a week of each for 12 weeks. Would this be a good starting dosage for me?

250-300 mg of Testosterone per week. Deca is not needed.

Pay attention to your blood tests before, during, and after the cycle. Nutrition, sleep, and recovery (training split and quality of life) are just as important, so make sure to focus on those, especially for your age.

you're 57 just use test only
300mgs test to start off only with n2guard

Little bit younger than you...firstly...get your lipids checked. 150-200 mgs/week test E + 30-40 mgs/day of anavar...you will feel great.
