I’ve put on a lot of bulk the past few years using steroids, and I’ve been typically doing between 20 and 25 sets per session. I would like to go into a maintenance phase as we go into the new year and really give my body a little bit of a break from everything. What would be a good amount of sets that I could do during my maintenance phase? Should I keep it closer to 20 sets or should I drop it closer to 12 or 10 sets?
