husband hurts me during sex

I wanted to get some advice from your ladies. My husband is being extra rough with me lately when we do it, like he grabs my legs too hard or smacks my ass even to the point of bruising me. even when he eats me out he dives in there. I do like it rough SOMETIMES, but he is getting carried away to the point I'm scared to even have sex. any advice here?

if he is all of a sudden doing that then there is something that changed in his mind, maybe he is banging another chick on the side who likes it rough. if you confront him about it you run the risk of turning him off further. i would mention it WHILE HE IS DOING IT, something like 'easy easy' or 'not so rough' men don't get hints very easy so it is something you gotta be patient with
