My shakes are simple, I’m not sure if I should post these here. Like replying to your comment, but you asked lol

Now it’s
6 scoops protein
Table spoon peanut butter
2 banana
3 scoops of oats,

Then slowly as I becoming fitter and notice body fat chnaging I will just decrease a simple I scoop of oats.

I feel like I am very unorthodox, hope is is ok ?

I have the perfect food layout, I was using fit bit app however I can no longer use

Ahhh well that’s my 2 x 500g shakes

Blueberries and straw berry is night . Time .

I think I should lay out my whole day for you guys then, hit me in the gaps I am missing and , teach some stuff . Tonight when I get home I’ll do. Full day
