Steroids have caused me to lose a lot of hair
I’ve used trenbolone, testosterone, and winstrol and those have been the worst offenders
I'm now in my late 30s and I barely have very much hair and I'm getting concerned. Has anyone been able to still use steroids even into their forties and keep their hair in my situation or is it a lost cause completely

Sorry to hear about your hair loss concerns. Unfortunately that's the side effects of steroid use, and if you're genetically predisposed to balding, then it only makes matters worse. I suggest you speak to your doctor or a hair specialist. But just as importantly, I suggest you lay off steroid use, especially if you are not training. Stay safe brother.

Do you take finasteride? I think that might help. Dont know though if it helps contrast hair loss due to steroid use. But it inhibits the 5a reductase, it helps reduce overall dht, and helps protect those hair follicles that suffer from dht. I’m not an expert on the matter, but off the top of my head you should avoid all dht based steroids like winstrol, anavar, ecc…and maybe stick only to test, and protect your hair follicles with finasteride.

Trenbolone and winstrol can do that, just shave your head you'll be fine

but i still have hair in my 40's. its all about not abusing it and genetics.

most of these guys on social are bald for a reason

DHT compounds are the worst for hair especially if you are prone to mpb... winstrol definitely didnt help but any steroid can cause hair issues if you are prone to it.. it sounds to me like you are, which means its really something you have to decide if you want to deal with or not.. if not, i would advise you to switch to sarms and peptides where it is far less likely to have any kinds of issues like this

I would look at sarms as another option as any steroid can give you issues if you are prone to male pattern baldness and given your history, it is apparent that you are.

Stick to more mild steroids for the hair line or just go with SARMs instead if it is a big deal to you.
