Is test good enough after years of cycling?

I cycle for about 10 years straight from around 21 or 22 years old all the way into my 30s. then I took about three or four years off once covid hit and the gyms were starting to close
now I'm looking to get back into it. do you think that hopping on some testosterone maybe 500 or 600 mg a week is going to be effective for me these days? or do you think I should just use different steroids?
Anyone experience this and how was your experience after a long layoff like this?
I’m currently 230 pounds and 6’1’’ 18% body fat
 
I'm a bit confused are you looking to cycle just testosterone come off and do a full pct ? Or are you looking to just run testosterone Replacement therapy dose of test for life ? Years of cycling or not you could run 200-300mg for a small 12 week cycle and fair very well or you can run highest being 400-500mg for 12 weeks.

If you thinking trt 100-200mg tops imo
 
man, you are a mess, seriously...

1. you have been overly abusive using steroids that young

2. you are not in any kind of condition to use steroids

3. you clearly have no clue what you are doing, no bloodwork etc..

if you REALLY care about about yourself, your health etc. you will get in and do bloodwork and do this the right way
 
from what i gather you want to know if the gear will hit you hard

i believe it will. it isn't because you reset your receptors, that is just bro science

it is cause you aren't used to the androgens.

500mgs testosterone/week will always be effective no matter what stage of cycling you in
