Yeah I'll try to keep yall as updated as i can, life is very busy atm, so my computer time is at a low. Did my fasted cardio today 1hr treadmill 3 speed 12 incline felt great after! I use those same settings for my 10m cardio warmup. felt great after! for training im just following
this 3 day PPL split with fasted cardio in between lift days.
M- 10m cardio warmup + push
T- 1hr fasted cardio
W- 10m cardio warmup + pull
Tr- 1hr fasted cardio
F- 10m cardio warmup + legs
Here are the meal preps Ive been eating, and typically my lunch and dinner look like this. I normally have venison with green beans for lunch and alternate between chicken breast and salmon for dinner with some veggies and brown rice. Breakfast has been the same 3 eggs, a sugar free protein yogurt, and a scoop of some leftover guac I had. As far as the timing of the meals here is my schedule. Ive been pretty good about sticking to it.
Daily Schedule:
8:30am- wake up, drink a scoop of my hydrate powder, and start my gallon of water for the day.
8:45am- eat a pack of protein oatmeal [this is skipped on fasted cardio days]
9:30am- go to the gym [about an hour]
11am- have breakfast
12pm- multivitamin
1pm- scoop of protein with creatine
3pm- go to work
4pm- have lunch
6pm- scoop of protein
9pm- finish dinner/start my fast/finish the gallon water
12am- get home from work
1am- go to bed
