Kelei bodybuilding programs

wondering what you thought about the Kelei program for weight training
7 days a week A/B split routine, rest every 6 weeks, all compound lifting. 10-12 reps, rest and then do 3-4 reps up to 40 reps total. Then move up in weight rinse/repeat. Workout seems really hard but it’s supposed to be one of the best for increasing strength and conditioning.

7 days per week too much
i would stick to 20 reps and all high reps 3 days per week

do the people who come up with these programs work at all?

but seriously it seems like a program for someone who wants to get injured and not allow their body to recover properly

this would work for someone who is trying to push hard and who is on steroids

I think you could get away with this type of thing when you're younger but not when you're older
