switching to bodybuilding high reps

I’ve been a power lifter for many years and now I want to switch to focusing on high repetition and bodybuilding instead.
The reason for this is I’m getting really annoyed on heavy days the only with a lot of injuries and pain. Do you recommend I go to more 10 or 12 rep range for high repetition or should I go even higher?
Previously I was doing no more than four to six reps

i would go even higher 12-20 range for reps

you can stick to the low rep just to make sure you're doing the lift correctly

my philosophy is going eight reps that's the perfect amount at 60 or 70%

mix things up that's what is the smartest thing to do
