So I've got a steak laying out and I was wondering how you guys like to cook your steak and what kind of steak do you guys like? How long do you like to cook it on the grill and should I be cooking it medium or medium well? I really don't like it bloody at all, but I heard that the more bloody you leave it, the better protein you get from it. Any advice or tips?
