still 4 hours brother?

Yea was only 4 hours of sleep, but last night I had really good sleep it probably helped that I was already exhausted, but I’m sure the sleep mask helped so much. I fell asleep around 9:40pm and woke up in the middle of the night and was up for around 30-40 mins before falling back to sleep and waking up at 6:30 this morning for Tafe.

I’ve got my energy back today and I’m feeling so good. 0 pain in my shins today so I did cardio and core. 1 hour of walking 5km.

Another night of great sleep, I feel amazing. Didn’t feel as strong today in some exercises but other then that I felt really good. Currently in the normal sauna at 82 degrees Celsius and will be in here for total of 40 mins.

Unsure why my sleep was so bad last night, was in bed at 9:00 and took my about 2 or so hours to get to sleep and I woke up at 5:45 in the morning still extremely tired but whoop says I only slept for 4 hours. Workout was real good but I need to focus on slowing down and controlling it. Ran out of anavar so that’s out of my cycle now. I have another psychiatrist appointment on the 17th so when I’m there I’ll get him to write the letter for cbd prescription and to write me a prescription for melatonin, I’ll also ask him to take me off Vyvanse.

@Eheoew Sorry to hear about your sleeping issues, man. Sleep is a stubborn thing. Sometimes we get really excited about the next day and we can't sleep. Maybe try unwinding a bit better before bed. Maybe try some meditation or yoga.

Yea I may try some meditation, I’ve done it in the past and it seemed to help. I’ve also been trying some breathwork which I’m not seeing any benefit yet

Hopefully you can get the sleep situation resolved soon. It's never a good thing to have a bad night's sleep. Looking forward to seeing you cut back down. @Eheoew
