bros whatever you doing stick with it. that is why logs are crucial. @Eheoew anything changes in log you will know it can effect sleep in future and adjust
I don’t think my whole is accurately recording my sleep as last night I started trying to sleep at 9pm and didn’t take me long to get to sleep but the whoop app is telling me I didn’t get to sleep till 2:30am, 0 fatigue today 0 tiredness I feel really good and energised. Workout was really good, progressed on most exercises while still controlling the weight and good form. Currently in sauna and will be here for 20-30mins at 82 Celsius
