Back and neck seem fucked today, wasn’t able to sleep on my side last night due to the pain so I had to lay on my back and make sure my head didn’t move at all. Also in my workout today I went lightweight and higher reps for leg press and squats due to the lower back pain. Other then that sleep was really good, woke up feeling energised.
I’m going to be using the sauna and IR sauna a fair bit for the next week or so.
