I was out with this hot girl from the gym and she complimented me on my arms and chest, but then she said at the end of the date i had chicken legs and i should work them out more. so looking for some ways to put on some meat on my legs. my quads and hamstrings are tiny, i have a lanky body at 6'2"

lanky body means you will have a harder time building thicker muscles in your legs. its genetics. but that does not mean you cannot improve them still

More legs + More food = Bigger legs.
Without knowing what you're currently doing nobody can help you other than to say... do more and eat more.
