Approved Log Lets Get To Work: CEO 12-Week Recomp Cycle Log

Alright Bros this week I want to go deep into something that I’ve been reflecting on lately it has been on my mind a lot. Mental energy conservation! Yes bros this has been something I think about alot recently which I had not accepted yet.

View attachment 29247

You see, a lot of bros burn out on cycles and just never truly finish!

Not burning out like just from injections or gym fatigue which all contributes but from trying to juggle just way too many decisions through their day to day grind. If you think about it, this is a real problem facing many of us just deciding what to eat, when to train, what to wear, supplements to add ot stop taking ect ect ect. Sometimes I’m just second-guessing everything about my cycle and just looking for motivation in all of the wrong ways and THAT is what drains your willpower. I do have an insight to what the best way to handle this is:

Here’s what I’m doing instead to keep myself from burning out:
-I removed the guesswork: I planned all of my program well ahead of time before getting deep inot the cycle.

-Meals are prepped: I make this decision over the weekend and stick to it no matter what.

-Macros are on autopilot: These are part of the decision I made early on and I’m just sticking to them.
-Training is scheduled: Mid cycle is not the time to decide on your training youtube yes adjustments are a must but your routine should be ready from day one.

All of the forward planning really just leaves me ONE job to do: Execute the plan!

Every time I walk into the kitchen or the gym there is no internal debate going on in my mind. It’s not a negotiation of will and feelings and confort, it has become a ritual. Just like I’m brushing ymy teeth or tying on my gym shoes the same way I been making my bows since middle school. This is what I do everyday just execute on decisions already made in past days.

This is the mindset that has really changed everything for me and how I approach life in general no just my gym grind. I’m not here chasing some sort of motivation anymore bros, I’m just following the system I had already built when I was clear-headed before my cycle and planning like a savage so I have a path already mapped out.

Sticking my my diet really does help keep the food cravings quite low. When you stop viewing food as entertainment or confort or something it isnt and just as fuel for the warrior inside of you, you don't NEED willpower at all anymore you just do it period. You don’t need will you really just need structure and intention along with the followthrough.

Recomp cycle success isn't just in the biceps or abs but really it’s in your habits bros. Discipline over drama and BS. Routine over rollercoasters and mental fuks that just hold you back.

Stay sharp here bros and come on let's kill this last thrid of the journey. Week 8 down. Week 9, I’m coming for you bros please keep watching me as I go!
@CEO looking incredible bro!!

Yo bros, Week 9 is officially underway and my momentum is unstoppable right now!
We’re cruising but also climbing up, yes my body is tighter, dryer, stronger. The progress from the steroid cycle is compounding weekly.
This week I made a few training changes that are hitting hard making my muscle work to their limit:
Here is my updated training split routine:
Day 1: Upper push (chest/delts/tris): I swapped in the machine incline press for heavier work load with more control. This allowed me to push hard and minimize any chance of injury!

Day 2: upper pull (lats/bis): I brought back barbell rows with straps it feels good and controlled all the way.

Day 3: Leg day can’t miss a leg day (light to moderate)
Hitting the bulgarian split squats + leg press done in supersets. I’m focusing on my form and technique.

Day 4: VOLUMEN (blood pump day): cables, machines, moderate weight/high reps just pushing as much blood into the muscle as humanly possible until they feel like they are about to explode!

Day 5: This day is the full body conditioning circuit with kettlebell swings, sled drags, dips, and battle ropes.

As far as my morning cardio I’m still doing 30 mins fasted incline walk daily. Every single morning
Here is a good training tip for you bros: Try adding some “tempo control” to your lifts next time you are in the gym. You can do this next training session by lowering weights slowly(slower than usual) on the eccentric for a deeper muscle burn. Take like 2–4 seconds coming down and then explode way up. This is for that next-level muscle pump!

Right now m physique is holding on to its mass while I’m leaning out more and more each day, abs are coming in clearer and clearer each day, my back looks wide and peeled, and shoulders are rounding out and feeling hard to the touch even over my shirt, people around me remark.
Now let’s ride this growth wave all the way through the cycle I’m almost there. Brother please stay locked in, and keep checking my log for even more updates!

Hey bro,

Always a pleasure reading your updates — you're looking insane right now, seriously athletic, man!

I really like your training split, especially that full body conditioning day — I might try that myself. You're absolutely right: using proper tempo and slightly lighter weights for better execution is such a smart move.

How many weeks do you have left in your cycle?

Anyway, you're absolutely killing it. That physique is next level — respect, bro! 💪🔥
