Only a a couple fo short weeks left weeks left in this recomp and I’m feeling like a sharpened blade, leaner, meaner, tighter, strong as hell, but still HUNGRY FOR MORE.
This is where most bros just hit that cruisecontrol mode and just start letting up off the gas. Not CEO, you don’t knwo me to be like that! Not Ever Bros. I’m pushing harder than at the start, because this is where the finishing touches and the look is truly earned! Can’t coast now.
Week 10 Training sdjustments: Increased the volume on isolation work on some excersies.
More reps with more control = more time under tension = More growth!
I added sort of paused reps on my incline dumbbell presses and the lateral raises for that deep burn that feels good at night.
Now for leg day I includes some hard walking lunges with dumbbells to torch fat and tighten glutes/hams doing lost of reps.
Until this cycle ends I am still sticking to my 5 day split but with added INTENTION focusing on some muscle. My strength has dipped slightly on a few of the heavy compound lifts, but guess what bros? My physique is looking freakier and venier than at the start. It’s a trade off I’ll take any day of the week, any week of this cycle.
Note about my mentality going forth: I’m really treating these final weeks of my Recomp like a sprint, going all out till the finish line. My meals are precise macros, water intake is up during the day all day. My 8 hour sleep at night is sacred, and every rep I hint in the gym is performed with intention!
