liquid sarms dosages

I just started my sarms cycle yesterday and i ordered sarms that are liquid. I am doing nutrobal MK677 and LGD4033. I am using 1/2mg of each in the morning and then at night. what kind of results can i get from this stack? I'm planning on 12 weeks and my stats are 6'2 and 190 pounds

Depending on what dose/mg/ml your liquids are. What kind of results? depends on your goals and diet. LGD and nutrobal are good for bulking and recomp.
