Approved Log Long cutting cycle Journal

So nothing else changed in my cycle, no new compound, no increased dosing etc, but the effectiveness of my test seems to have tripled. I am in a significant deficit, yet still able to put on lean mass.

I know inbody scans are horribly inaccurate, but imo they are consistently inaccurate as well. As long as you scan yourself in the same condition each time, the trend line should be about right.

So in the attached scan, do I believe I'm 9%, fuck no. But I do believe and absolutely see the consistent muscle mass increase and fat decrease. Body fat is literally flying off my body with the GH, test and Reta combo...

I buy generic GH so the price is very manageable. I'm also super responsive to it, so I don't know if that's normal or not, but I feel like I'm growing like a weed...I think my price for 10 kits was $177 a kit which is 120iu of generic grey tops.

As I stated earlier, I'm also new to GH so totally open to input and advice on that or any other subject!
It's very possible that you are a super good responder. @balancenomad However, it's also possible that you had growth hormone issues prior. So by going on it you're seeing some big results.

Happy either way lol but like I said, always open to advice. Currently doing 4iu fasted in am, will do 6iu for my 10 week lean bulk in Dec. I work out at 0530, so I was planning on taking all fasted

@balancenomad Very nice rundown on this. Let's do it this way. Let's set a goal for where you want to be by the end of this Log. And then by then we can really take a look and give you a good body fat number and you can actually go get that tested professionally.
 
Yeah agreed, I know that bf number is shit. lol. So I don't think I layed out part 2 of this cycle yet. My Reta cut finishes Dec 13. Immediately after, I plan on a lean bulk or recomp. Plan is maintenance or very slight surplus calories. I'm putting on lean mass now in a significant deficit so I will play with calories to find a good spot. I should be super insulin sensitive at the end of this 24 week reta cycle and primes for a little growth..

GH will bump from 4iu to 6iu for weeks 1-12. It will return to 4iu after that...that's the plan anyway

Cycle will be as follows weeks 1-8:
Test 300
NPP 400
Tren 200

Week 9-10:
Test 300
NPP 400
Inj winny 50mg eod
Reta 2.5 mg

Week 11-14
Test 300
Inj winny 50 mg eod
Reta 3mg+ as needed

Weeks 15-32
Test 300
Reta up to 5mg

Will take Tudca, I have prami on hand in the event of tren prolactin sides and will have aromasin on hand for e. I've also got telmasartin, nebivolol for BP control.

The goal. Hopefully be to at least retain my mass if not put some on and stay lean enough to compete in my first ever physique show in late spring early summer...

That’s a solid layout, the 300/400/200 combo early will drive clean growth while insulin sensitivity is high brother
but i would drop the npp to 100mgs not 400

Lean bulk phase looks timed right after the cut, bumping GH to 6 iu for 12 weeks will amplify it but i would have you at 4 ius imo
