oh yeah, rcs is on point! Im really glad Mav is doing well.. injuries suck.. i just got over being sick, down for 5-6 days with a virus thats going around but finally feeling better.. as we get older, which we all are, rest is so so so important.. i am finally getting that through my thick skull after all these years and i dont fight against it anymore, i just rest and let things get better
