Approved Log Mavs "RCS" SARMS Bridge Log

glad to see that you're back
yes our bodies definitely aged sucks but that's how it goes

UPDATE:

It's been a little crazy lately at work and at home and I have been spending the last couple weeks trying to work around my injuries, aches and pains.

Body Weight:
I am down to 210 and would like to lose another 10 lbs of fat over the next 2 months, which I believe it totally reasonable. I will post updated pics sometime next week when I have more time.

Diet:
My diet is solid and I am sticking to what I listed earlier in this thread with one variable meal prep meal per day. Total calories around 2500 and I am sticking to that because if I did lower, I get really hungry and want to binge. What does a binge look like? Shoving a burger or piece of pizza in my mouth. At 50, it takes me a freaking day to recover my fat loss gains when I do that shit and life is too short. Fuck that.

My Liver, this bridge and next cycle:
My enzymes are still elevated and I know what I need to do. Lose fat and stop taking orals for a while. My Bridge is over next Wednesday and while I was going to start a cutting cycle of Enth, EQ and Anavar, I decided to delay that and just stay on TRT until I get my liver values back in check.

Training:
After 18+ months of being back in the PED game at the age of 50 here is what I learned. STICK WITH WHAT WORKS! Every time I switch up my training program, I have an issue with my knee or my elbow or this or that. Variation is ok, but I need to keep them right sized! Each and everything piece of the program below is purposefully laid out to work AROUND my injuries and/or keep those injuries at bay.

Switching shit up only screws me up. I ain't 25, 35 or even 45 anymore. I look amazing for my age, but looking good is secondary to me feeling strong and staying injury free.

@Maverick602 Incredible updates buddy......keep them consistent.......

Hey Rose… Thanks for all your input. I’m working around my limitations. And for those who are recommending I push harder, trust me I get it. One of the reasons I’m in the situation right now with my knees because I pushed hard my entire life.

I would not be in this group if I wasn’t dedicated to pushing hard. I am a type aA+plus and I always get shit done.

I can’t remember who at the moment, but someone compared me to monster because he’s 60 and pushing insane weight. But here’s the deal fellas… Everyone’s body is different. And for all, I know, none of this is true, monster, Mia started lifting weights at 25 years old, and never played any other sports.

I on the other hand… Who knows what I’ve done. Maybe I played football from the ages of 6 to 19, maybe I ran track and competed in a decathlon focusing on explosive throwing movements, like discus, shotput, and javelin, jumping, sprinting and did this for many years. Maybe I then started jumping out of airplanes and got into boxing or mixed martial arts?

Point being, you never know what someone’s been through and how it has affected their body.

I appreciate the encouragement, because it certainly helps. However… If I know you guys, nothing compares to the drive, we have inside ourselves. I don’t know about you, but my drive is unwavering, regardless of any what anyone says.

Thanks bro. My training has been intense this week and making gains while losing weight. Down another 2 lbs. Knees actually feel better after I performed some manual manipulation of my knee capsule.

My MRI came back stating sprains of both the MCL and ACL…likely chronic. Fraying of medial and lateral meniscus but no substantial tear. Minor osteoarthritis due to the removal of part of my medial meniscus in 2017.

Since my knee was killing me for a couple of weeks and then immediately after manual manipulation, it felt better, I’m convinced there is some kind of particle floating around. When it’s caught in the wrong spot, I feel pain and when it moves, I don’t.

I see the doc again Friday. Buying knee sleeve’s tomorrow.
