I'm late getting this Log started, been running for almost 3 weeks now.

1st week I didn't have all my gear yet so I ran:
- 400 mg/wk Test
- 200 mg/wk Deca
- 500 mg/wk EQ
- 60 mg/day Var

Week 2:
- 500 mg/wk Test
- 200 mg/wk Deca
- 1000 mg/wk EQ
- 75 mg/day Dbol (running 8 weeks)

I have AI on hand, have not had to add it in yet, my estrogen usually runs low. I'm halfway through week 3. I will run above dosages 10 weeks, cutting out Dbol after week 8.
Week 10 I plan on adding 600 mg/wk Tren.
Week 14 I plan on adding in Win and maybe Var. Will see how my body feels.

I'm 6'4". I weighed 230 lbs at start and I'm 235 lbs now. My bench max was 250 at start, I hit 275 for 2 yesterday and almost made 300 for 1, I needed spot to jump in, lol. That was my first ever attempt at 300lb bench. My deadlift max is 420 lbs, Squat is trash at 250 lbs. I have a bad knee so it's hit or miss trying to keep up with squats.

I'm eating rice, turkey, chicken, eggs and whites, veggies and that's pretty much it. Lots of it.

What else should I write about?
 
Here's a pic of my delts/traps/pecs separation. Not as lean as I'd like to be buy I'm more focused on getting mass than being ripped.

bro only comment why you leave out tren?
Comes in starting week 10.

EQ and Tren mixed make my blood pressure elevated. Last cycle I ran 1g/1g and about passed out a few times. 800EQ/600Tren mixed is my sweet spot. I didn't want to risk running Dbol at the same time.

Maybe a future cycle I'll run Tren and Dbol with out EQ, but I love the endurance and vascularity EQ gives.

3 weeks in is better than none, the look is looking good. You're a big guy 6'4! nice.

Would love to see your diet in more detail. Like amounts and protein.

If i had to pick i'd pick Tren over EQ honestly

I'm not really calorie counting, just eating a lot. Should dial in better..

My breakfast is a cup and a half of white rice, a cup or so of ground turkey (if I run out of turkey I do 2 whole eggs and a ton of liquid egg whites), and a cup of mixed veggies.

I snack on raw cashews and pistachios at work.

3 meals at work. I usually work 8-12 hours depending on how busy we get.
I eat the same every day.
400-450 calories of white rice or mixed rice and quinoa or brown rice.. 3-4 reduced sodium packets of tuna/salmon/albacore (15-17g protein each, and a cup and a half of mixed veggies.

I work out at nights usually 6 days a week, sometimes 5.
Then I eat dinner.

2 cups white rice, cup of ground turkey or the eggs, cup of mixed veggies.
 
I do a rotation of shoulders with abs.
Chest.
Back.
Arms and abs.
Legs.

I used to avoid dips because my shoulders hurt, but now that I've strengthened them quite well (highest weight for incline dumbbell press is 70's for 5 reps, could probably do a little more weight of I don't do as many reps at leading up to it) I started adding in the dips last week. I did 3 sets of 7 with a 25lb plate today, and 3 sets of 11 body weight.
Did some overhead tricep presses.

Bicep curls rotating palms up to 50 lbs for 6.
Sitting hanging bicep curls to iso better.
Forearms too.
