I’m currently 52 years old and 185 lbs and I’ve been training for the past 25 years but have recently taken some time away but now I’m starting to get back by consistency.
I’m looking to push myself more and get additional aggression and strength in the gym.
What do you recommend that I use if I was to choose between deca/sustanon stack vs. tren/test prop stack?
Which one of those would yield me the most strength?
