I'm 40yr old at 90kg 6ft 0
Train 5-6 days a week, been training solid for 2yrs and 5yrs on and off prior to that.
Have been running Test E at 200/week Primo at 300/week and Deca at 400/week
Unsure what I'll be running this next cycle but want to put on some serious mass, Thinking of adding Tren and dbol.
Day 1 Train chest and back
Day 2 Train legs and core
Day 3 Arms, then repeat.
Diet consists mainly of red meat and chicken breast, rice, eggs, sugar free cereal, fruit and vegetables, Protein shakes after every meal and training sessions, 2 litres of Milk every morning. I usually try aiming for 3000 calories a day, looking to increase that by 15-20%, can't wait to see what this opportunity delivers
I'm sure the guys on here can guide you on just tweaking the compounds you're already taking and you achieve your goal without adding tren. Definitely overkill but more importantly deca and tren are both 19nors and stacking them is not recommended. Can you, yes. Should you..... NO. These guys know at more than I do though so I'm sure they will cover all that and then some. I'll be following though, looking forward to seeing your progress. Let's get it! 💪🏻🫡💯

yea I agree but some guys already have a set plan hard to change them bro @jj210tx
 
I'm not taking Tren or introducing it at all, i have had people suggest that I should but I'm not interested in it
yup stay away from tren

Training Sunday 27th
Chest And back all last sets til failure
Bench press 70kg 5x10
Shrugs 20kg each hand 20x5 sets
Fly 15kg each hand x5 sets
Wide grip cable pulldown 50kg x5 sets
Seated cable rows 50kgx5sets
Overhead press 20kgx 5 sets
Lat Pulldown 40x 5 sets
7.6km Bike Ride 18:40:20
training is going well i like the flys you doing them right @Blasteroid but go up in weight
