Hope you’re all doing great!

I’m finally back in the game after 10 hectic days dealing with the stress of moving. It’s all done now, and I kicked things off this morning with a solid leg day 💪

Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to go cycling today—too much work—but I’ll hit the road tomorrow for sure.

I’m sharing a few pics of my home gym setup. Reassembling the rack wasn’t easy, but I got it done!

Anyway, I’m back and I’ll be posting more regularly again. Let’s keep pushing!

bros good looking home gym. can do a lot of good stuff in there. just watch those walls. i would put some mats on lower part of walls in case a weight hits it @xyle9999

i like the setup too. good job with the weights. only thing i would have done different was not get a smith machine. i would have gotten a rack @xyle9999

Back & Biceps in the Morning – MTB in the Afternoon – Cut is ON 🔥





What’s up guys! Back in the zone and feeling 🔥

🕕 Morning Gym Session (Back & Biceps):

Warmed up with 4 x 10 pull-ups

Then hit this full session:
  1. Pulldown – 5 sets: 20, 15, 12, 10, 10 + 2 DS
  2. Seated neutral grip cable row – 4 sets: 15, 12, 10, 10
  3. One-arm pulldown – 4 sets: 12, 10, 10, 10
  4. One-arm DB row – 4 sets: 12, 10, 10, 10
  5. Barbell curl – 4 sets: 15, 22, 22, 22
  6. Hammer preacher curl – 4 sets: 12, 10, 8, 8
Solid pump, focus on control and mind-muscle connection all through.

🚵‍♂️ Afternoon MTB Ride (1h):

Mostly uphill for 50 minutes then fun descent to wrap up.
