I didnt know you guys had this in Australia @Trespassing_minds thats legit
We have TRT clinics they are just very expensive compared to UGL products.

My prescription test is almost 10 x the price of my UGL TEST from @gearmaniac101 and is same quality

But having prescription helps when I need to travel and take my gear with my on planes

150g of egg whites and a shred system chocolate shake

School run to drop kids off then stuck in peak hour traffic leaving me only 30min for a workout by time I got to gym 🏋️‍♂️.

But something is better than nothing so smashed in quick legs

bro that's amazing I haven't been to the doctor in years
sometimes Ranch Dr will stop by but I'll have them take a look at the kids for bronchitis and tuberculosis

those are great ways to hit different body parts that we don't think of
 
here the leg training looks fantastic
and I love the standing calf raises
 
30 minute workout is okay man you can accomplish a lot in 30 minutes
it's better than not doing anything and sitting on the couch
