Chicken and broccoli is right on point and I like the Walnuts.
 
Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- chicken rice and broccoli

Dinner- steak, sweet potatoes and a salad

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie, protein yogurt

Good job, hitting the cardio. You won't go wrong with 40 minutes every time.
 
Another excellent job on the different foods, you're eating.

The broccoli and sweet potatoes, really hits the spot.
 
I will admit those waffles. Look really good.
 
Update- my fiancé says I’m getting too small from losing too much weight, but I still have more fat. I need to lose in order to get were I wanted to be but also at the same time I don’t wanna become skinny. I just want to get fit and then bulk up and become bigger. I will post pictures in the next couple of days
