Diet

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- chicken rice and broccoli

Dinner-3 eggs with peppers, 2 protein waffles and a banana with honey

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie, protein yogurt
if you have budget for it bro, can you add 1 protein bar between lunch and dinner? @Justlearning22
