I’m 29 years old and my height is 5 11’ and my weight is 195 pounds. I was an alcoholic for 8 years that started after my dad passed away. He was only in my life for about 2 years. I went down a bad path, so the beginning of the year I said enough and I wanted to change. I stopped drinking the hard alcohol and I only drink sugar-free Cayman Jack’s on the weekend when I watch football. My diet consists of little to no sugar and high protein. I mostly eat chicken, rice, potatoes, steak, broccoli, green beans, yogurt and when I have a sweet tooth I eat chocolate chip granola bars. I have been on tren e 200 mg before I did 0.5 ml every 3 days. I’ve had great results from them so far. I work a physically demanding job, construction. I work out 5 times a week as well.

with an n2guard base for organ liver support
250mgs testosterone enan/wk
200mgs deca durabolin/wk
5mgs aromasin 1x/week
7caps n2guard ED organ liver support

The only supplements I am on is creatine, HMB ,vitamin C. I can start taking Other stuff if you suggested it. I have not been counting my reps, but I will start doing that and logging it. It’s gonna be really hard for me to start counting my calories. I just meal prep and keep it high protein. And when I start seeing some results, I will post pictures.

Thanks and most of my cardio I do is riding a bike. I will start keeping track on my weight and reps at the gym and when I start seeing big results, I will post pictures.

@Justlearning22 you dont need perfect dose, you can cut the tab later before use

and deca you get lowest mg/ml they have and you just use less MLs later
no issues bro

Can I the deca and test 400 then? And I’m going to sound stupid but what are macros?
 
I'm glad you got your life turned around alcohol is absolute poison and it's a tremendous waste of money
I will be looking forward to following your progress
as far as deca i recommend always using proviron with it. it helps balance hormones

never buy high mg/ml test or gear if you can avoid it, its high PIP and big issues for you @Justlearning22

I suggest we start testosterone only 250mgs/ml enanthate
with deca just 100mgs/week so get the lowest deca they have

did you check n2guard?
