Lunch- 3 eggs with peppers and two hamburger patties

Dinner- skirt steak

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein cookie, protein yogurt

I couldn’t go to the gym today but I did 80 push-ups. the gym will be closed tomorrow due to the weather, but I’ll do more push-ups tomorrow and I’ll make sure I get some steak and more veggies in my diet tomorrow
