Yeah, a lot of olive oil out there is fake.

There's different ways to know if it's legit.
 
I like the high protein diet and I like the nuts added.

Just make sure your rotating your nuts so you don't develop allergies.

Diet ( from yesterday)

50 g Protein shake with honey and oats

Protein shake with walnuts

Lunch- steak, green beans and a salad

Dinner-steak, sweet potatoes and shrimp

Fruit- fresh mango (1 cup) and banana (1/2 ) smoothie with honey , yogurt and protein powder

Snack- protein muffin, pistachios, omega-3 mix, protein bar

That’s some damn good looking food
