@Justlearning22 Wow, this meal looks fantastic. the steak wrap looks delicious. what type of roll are you using? gotta make sure you are careful a lot of times they contain bad ingredients. the 365 brand wraps are really good those are what i use

The carb balance ones I tried the ones that are a little bit healthier, but every time I try to wrap them, they fall apart.

@Justlearning22 chicken, brocolli and carrots is a solid dinner. Those vegetables are full of vitamins and minerals, those are things that your body needs to recover and repair.

@Justlearning22 This is some good discipline on this diet. But I would swap out when you're doing your snack, do some fruit instead, Protein bars and protein cookies, usually have a lot of garbage in them.
