Update- because of the stroke my mom had she has blockage to her brain and they hoping that it will heal itself. If not, she’s gonna need brain surgery. I’m going to move there so I can help them out with whatever they need. First I have to get some money together to do that and also find a job there. Before I leave I will also be getting married so I have a lot going on but I’m built for this so I will get through it.

green beans are great. one of the best foods on earth for a human to eat. just be careful cause some have a tough time digesting them. @Justlearning22

only thing i would suggest is change up the pre and post workout stuff. taking the same thing over and over can lead to issues. like with honey you can develop allergies @Justlearning22
